6 small baking potatoes
2 tbs melted butter
2 tsp. seasoned salt
3 tbs.grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips cooked, crumbeled bacon
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp.snipped fresh chives

Directions:
Directions:
lightly grease out side of potatoes, cut small slit on top and bake till done. Let stand untill cool enough to handle.
cut potatoes in half lenght ways and scoop out potatoes, leaving a very thin layer(save potatoes for mashed or hash browns) Brush inside and out with butter ,sprinkle with the salt and parmesan cheese.
Place on baking sheet bake for 8 min. or untill crisp and bubbly.
fill with the cheese and bacon and bake till cheese melts.
Top with sour cream and chives.
