1 large. (6oz.) lemon jello-Dissolve in 3-c. boiling water
Then Add:
3 sliced bananas
1 large. crushed pineapple-(drained, reserving syrup)
2 cups marshmallows (or more)
1 cup chopped pecans
Combine in a 9 x 13 dish.
Refrigerate.

To make topping:
Add water to juice to make 1 cup.
Mix together: 1/2 c. sugar, 2-T. flour, 1-(well-beaten) egg
In small sauce pan heat juice. Add sugar/flour mixture. .Blend well, stirring constantly until full boil. Cool in a pan or ice cubes or in refrigerator.
Add 2 cups whipping cream. Fold gently together. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top approximately 2-cups. Chill..
