300 g bittersweet chocolate (50% cocoa)
100 g bittersweet chocolate (70% cocoa)
200 g butter
160 g brown sugar
6 eggs (medium)
120 g flour
40 g sugar
Directions:
Directions:
While you melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (double boiler) put butter and brown sugar into a blending machine and beat until fluffy. Cool down melted chocolate with 2 tbl water and add to butter/sugar mix. Separate egg yolks and add one by one to choco mix, then add flour and mix well. Whisk egg whites with white sugar until stiff and gently fold in to choco mix. Pour into greased rectangular baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 175° C for 25 minutes. You can top the brownies with either chocolate fondant or just powdered sugar.
