1-1/2lb. round steak fat trimmed
1/4C soy sauce 1 clove garlic or more to taste
11/2tsp. fresh grated ginger 1/4C vegetable oil
1C green onions thinly sliced
1C red peppers cut into 1 inch squares
2-stalks celery sliced thin 1Tbsp.corn starch
1C water 2 Tomatoes coursely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the round steak across the grain into 1/2 inch
strips. Combine soy sauce,garlic and ginger and
toss with beef and set aside. Heat oil in a large saucepan or wok and cook the meat over high
heat and then simmer over low heat for 30 to 40
minutes until meat is tender. Turn heat up and add
vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes until
they are tender crisp. Mix corn starch and water
and add to pan and cook until thickened. Add
tomatoes and heat through. Serve over rice.
