Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
3 c. milk
8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. sugar
cool whip
2 small packages instant pudding (personal preference as to flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and butter together like a pie crust. Add chopped nuts. Spread/pat crust mixture in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let crust cool. Cream together cream cheese with sugar and 1 cup of cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding in milk and spread on top of the cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. May top lightly with nuts.
