2 cups mayonnaise
1 Tblsp curry powder
2&1/2Tblspsoy sauce
2 Tblsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
salt to tast
1 Tblsp fine chopped green onion
1 Tblsp chutney(mango chutney)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and then add:
3 cups chicken breast cubed (*season with lemon pepper before cooking)
1 20 oz can pineapple chunk's (well drained)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 pound sweet seedless grapes
Toss well chill several hours
Serve on bib lettuce if preferred
