4 top loin pork chops
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. butter
1/2 sliced onion
1 C. apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Season flour with a little salt and pepper; lightly flour chops on both sides. Brown one side in butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Turn chops; stir in the onion and apple juice; bring to a boil; lower heat cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Serve with butternut squash and green beans. Serves 4.
