1 lb. sausage 2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Place in bottom of 9x13" pan. Sprinkle 1-2 cups grated cheese over sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, and Bisquick. (I always add 1/2 c each of chopped onions and bell pepper at this point, but it’s not necessary if you don't like them) Pour over cheese and sausage. Bake in oven 375 for 20-30 minutes.
