1 Packet Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta mix (Dry Mix)
1 16 oz. sour cream
4 oz. can sliced black olives drain and slightly chop
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Rotel original diced tomatoes opt. with green chilies. drain very well!

I like to put the olives on paper towel to get very dry.
Also squeeze the rotel tomatoes out in paper towel. This will keep the dip from getting watery.
