1-2lb. round steak
salt and pepper to taste 2C bread crumbs
3Tbsp. finely chopped onion 1tsp. sage
1/3C milk 2Tbsp. catsup 1 egg beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Season steak with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Spread stuffing onto
steak and then roll like a jelly roll and tie with string
Place roll on rack in roaster pan and bake for 45
minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and
slice like pinwheel.

I add 1tsp. Dyjon mustard,2Tbsp parmesan cheese
and 1tsp garlic powder to this recipe. Either way its REAL GOOD!!!
