Asparagus spears
1/2 pkg Frozen phyllo dough sheets thawed
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Finely grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Snap off ends of asparagus. Unwrap phyllo and cut into half lengthwise. Reserve 1 stack for later use. Cover phyllo with damp towel to keep from drying out. Take 1 sheet of phyllo and brush lightly with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Place 2-3 asparagus spears on the short end of the sheet. Roll up like a jelly roll. Place each piece seam side down on a baking sheet brush with more butter and sprinkle with more cheese. Repeat until all done.

Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees until brown & crispy
