3 eggs (beaten lightly) 1-16oz. carton of cottage
cheese 3Tbsp. flour 1/2 stick butter (in pieces)
1/4lb. Velveeta cheese (in chunks) 1-12oz. pkg.
frozen chopped spinach (cooked & drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix together eggs,cottage cheese,flour and butter.
Pour over spinach and cheese chunks in a greased
casserole. Bake uncovered in 325 degree oven for
45 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
