1 pkge. extra firm tofu*
5 T canola oil
2 C roasted, salted macadamia nuts
1 C raw cashews
Salt to taste
garlic and onion powder to taste
½ C nutritional yeast
crushed pecans
whole flax seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, blend together tofu, oil, macadamia nuts, cashews, spices and yeast.. (It might take awhile because the mixture is very thick.) You will need to pulse the processor and scrape from the sides.

Let sit for a day in the refrigerator. With a butter knife, take some of the mixture, roll it in a ball in your palm, and dredge it in the crushed pecans and flax seeds.

*"The Bridge" tofu, made in Connecticut, is very good. Cut in half and press between paper towels to get any extra water out.
