1-2 minced garlic cloves,
4 Tbsp. natural peanut butter,
2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce,
4 Tbsp. reduced fat, or light, mayonnaise,
1 ½ Tbsp. brown sugar,
2 Tbsp. lemon juice,
1 teas crushed red pepper

Whisk together until smooth. If sauce seems too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp. water.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes – longer if possible.
Serve with vegetables.
