6 Double loin chops
2 med cooking apples
1 med onion
2 stalks celery
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven 350 degrees

Trim pork chops and cut deep slash in meaty side to make pocket. Chop apples with peels, onion, and celery rather fine. Mix with parsley, salt, pepper, sage and thyme. Spoon in pocket. Place in buttered dish, cover and bake 1 1/4 hours.

Remove cover and bake an additiional 20 minutes to brown.
