1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. vanilla baking chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Using butter lightly grease sides and bottom of med. saucepan. Stirring constantly over med. heat add, sugar, evaporated milk, pumpkin, butter, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Bring mixture to a boil for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the baking chips and marshmallows until melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour into an 8in. square pan that has been lined with foil and greased. Chill mixture until set and cut into small squares.
