1 1/2 lbs. broccoli florets or 2/10 oz frozen bags
1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp curry pdr.
1 1/2 c chicken broth
1c Parmesan cheese, divided
2 T white wine
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
6 chicken breast halves
6 slices honey ham
6 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and drain. Brown chicken breasts and cook until almost done. Melt butter in sauce pan, stir in flour, nutmeg, curry. Stir until bubbly and thickened. Remove from heat and add chicken broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese and the wine. Beat cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold into white sauce. Place broccoli in bottom of pan. Arrange chicken breasts on top. Top each piece with ham and Swiss cheese.
Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min. until sauce and cheese are bubbly. Can broil for last 10 min for crispy top.

This was always one of Gennell's favorite dishes that I made for Thanksgiving weekend. Now Ben gets the honors and I understand he does very well!
