1 lb. fresh green beans, washed & trimmed
2 green onions, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2-3 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
2 T. sesame oil
1 T. oyster sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook greenbeans in boiling water 4-6 min. or until crisp-tender; drain. Plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
Saute green onions, garlic and ginger in hot sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Add green beans and cook 1 min. Add oyster sauce & pepper, stirring until thoroughly heated.
