2 lbs Ground Chuck
2 large Onions
6 med-large Red Baking Potatos
Garlic Powder (not garlic salt)
Salt & Pepper
2 boxes Pre-made Pie Crust (flat crust)

Directions:
NOTE: ground chuck goes into pies uncooked.
Cut each pie crust into 2 pieces. Total number of pie crust should equal 8 halves. Cut up onions and potatos (small pieces). Put into each pie crust (on one half side) a layer of ground chuck, potatos, salt, pepper, and garlic. Repeat meat layer. Fold over and crimp edges. Repeat until all 8 pies are made. Slice 3 - 1 inch holes in top of each. Place on ungreased pan and bake on 350º for 45-60 minutes. Or until golden brown. Recommendation: Serve with large glass of cold milk and salad.
