2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. mashed banana
1/3 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix together remaining of ingredients in large bowel. Add together until blended. Pour in well greased pan. Let stand 2 minutes. Bake for 1 hours. Makes 2 loaves.
