2 pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1/2 C warm water. To this add 2 well beaten eggs and 3/4 C. sugar, 3/4 C. Crisco, melted. Sift 8 C plain flour with 2 1/2 t. salt.2 C warm water.

Stir with a spoon, Begin with 4 C flour and 2 C. warm water and yeast, eggs and sugar mixture until well blended, gradually add the other 4 C flour. Knead and cover, put into refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours. Take out and punch down. Make into rolls, bread or use for cinnamon rolls. Can be refrigerated for up to a week
