6 c. peaches, sliced
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. butter
1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peaches, flour, sugar, and cinnamon and place in an 8 inch square baking pan. Cut butter into small pieces over peaches. Slice cookie dough 1/4 inch thick and lay over peaches in rows. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool about 2 hours before serving. Delicious with ice cream or cream.
