boneless chicken breast halves 1/4 cup butter 1/3 cup flour 1 can chicken broth Quartered potatoes
Brown chicken in butter. When brown, remove to plate. Add flour to pan, and stir until brown. Slowly add chicken broth. Put chicken back in pan and cover. Simmer for about 30 minutes. You can add more water as needed. Add quartered potatoes.
