CAKE:
2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 med can fruit cocktail

ICING:
small can of evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cake:: mix all ingredients together and pour in 9x13 dish. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING: Blend ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Let cool and pour over cake.
*** I like to add 1/2 cup of nuts and/or coconut to the icing before pouring over cake
