1/4 cup. Diced Onion, 2 cups. white rice, salt, pepper, 4 cups water, 6oz can tomato sauce, 2 tsp. chicken bouillon

Directions:

heat oil in pan, place onion, salt, and pepper in the pan and saute over medium-high heat for 2-3 min and add 2 cups of uncooked white rice and fry until golden brown. Then place remaining ingredients in the pan, stir, and return to a boil, then cover and reduce to low heat and let simmer for 10-15min. do not stir anymore. once most of the juice is gone, remove from heat and let sit for about 5 min. Enjoy!!!

This rice is so good!!! It took me some time to get the technique down. Once the rice is covered and simmering, check on it so as not to overcook.
