4 1/2 c. whole wheat flour,
3 c. white flour,
3 c. cornmeal,
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal,
2/3 c. dry milk,
2 t. salt,
3 1/2 c. beef broth,
1 c. oil,
2 eggs,
2 beaten eggs,
2 T. worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients in a big bowl. Whisk broth, oil, 2 eggs together.Stir broth mixture into flour mixture. On floured surface roll out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into shapes, any kind you want, can use cookie cutters. With a toothpick prick a line of dots down the center of each one. Brush top with mixture of the 2 beaten eggs and worchestershire sauce. Bake 2 cookie sheets at a time in a 275º oven for 1 hour. Lay on waxed paper or foil and let dry for 1 hour. Store in baggies for up to 3 months.
