Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 c. ground raw potatoes,
1/2 c. wheat flour,
1 t. salt,
1 1/2 c. white flour,
1 t. baking powder,
2 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the pork chops. Cut the meat off the bone into tiny bite size pieces. Set aside.
Grind the potatoes. Squeeze out the liquid as best as possible. Add the wheat flour, salt, white flour, baking powder. Shape dough into dumplings about the size of golf balls and place a few pieces of the pork inside each one. Pat each dumpling into a tight ball. Gently place dumplings into a large pan or dutch oven of slowly boiling salted water. Cook 1 hour. (Have to have the water slowly boiling or simmering otherwise dumplings will come apart and you'll have potato soup.) Partially cover pan. When done smash and serve with lots of butter. If any left over they are very good sliced and fried in butter.
