(This is written as a single serving..multiply for number being served.)
4" Sq. Corn bread ( split & buttered)
1/2 C. Cream sauce, made with equal parts of chicken stock and heavy cream
1/4 C. Virginia ham (diced)
1/4 C. Chicken ( white meat, diced)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sauce first, thicken if needed. Add ham and chicken, then heat.
Cover bottom and top layers of cornbread with this and serve immediately.
Sliced mushrooms may be added if desired.
