Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour or cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons mini-chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, using a wire whisk, mix the egg yolk and milk well together. In your saucepan, mix together the dry ingredients until well blended. Slowly stir in milk/egg mixture. Go easy—you don't want it lumpy (use your wire whisk). Heat over low heat and continue to stir until mixture thickens. Pour into pudding cups. Sprinkle the top with the mini-chocolate chips (they will melt—this is a good thing. Swirl before you inhale.)
Chill or serve warm.
