2 Lbs. Hamburger
1 Lg. Onion, Chopped
Salt
Pepper
4 Tbl. Flour
3 C. Milk
2 Tbl. Butter

3 C. Mashed Potatoes
Directions:
Directions:
Fry Hamburger with Onions, Salt and Pepper. Sprinkle with flour to absorb grease from Hamburger. Stir. Add Milk. Stir constantly until gravy is made. Add more Pepper to taste. Add milk if necessary to make right consistency. Add 2 Tbl. butter and stir. Serve on Mashed Potatoes.
