2 Lb. Seasoned Pork Sausage
1 dozen Eggs
1 C. Milk
4 - 5 Slices White Bread, Cubed
2 C. Shredded Colby/Jack Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Fry Sausage, Drain. Beat eggs and Milk. Stir in Bread cubes and sausage & 1 Cup of Cheese. Pour into 9 X 13, greased pan. Top with remaining cheese. Let sit overnight, covered in the refrigerator. Bake in preheated 375º oven for 45 min. or until knife comes out clean in the middle.
