1 lb. ground beef
32 oz spaghetti sauce (I probably use closer to 40 oz. to get everything covered good.)
1/2 C. water
1 egg
½ tsp. pepper
1 ½ C. cottage cheese
10-12 lasagna noodles – uncooked
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C. Parmesan cheese

Brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. In a separate bowl combine: egg, pepper, and cottage cheese. In 9 x 13 baking dish spoon 1 C. red sauce mixture to cover bottom. Alternate noodles, egg mixture, mozzarella cheese & red sauce mixture, forming 2 layers. Bake @ 450 for 45 min., uncovered. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
