Place roast in roasting pan (Frozen or thawed, adjust cooking time). Season Roast with Salt, Pepper, Lawry Salt, and Accent. Add peeled, sliced and halved potatoes, mini carrots or peeled and quartered carrots, and cleaned and halved onion to pan. Add water to cover the bottom of the pan ½ inch. Cover and bake at 350 - 375 until desired doneness (about 1½ hours for frozen meat to medium). You can remove cover and use a spoon to baste vegetables with liquid the last half hour to achieve a golden look to them.
