4 Pork Steaks
1-2 sleeves saltine crackers (crushed)
Egg Wash (2 eggs mixed with 4 T water
Pepper

Directions:
Place the crackers in a zip lock bag...no air in the bag! Crush with rolling pin or heavy can. Place crumbs in pie plate or plate. Prepare egg wash in pie plate or plate. Dredge both sides of pork in egg wash then cracker crumbs to cover. Place a cookie rack on a jelly roll pan sprayed with Pam. Place steaks on top of rack,sprinkle with pepper to taste and place in 424 degree oven 15 minutes each side or until done. Remove from oven and serve with White Sauce.

I got this recipe from Mom...The crushed crackers add saltiness and crunch to very inexpensive Pork Steaks. Serve with White Sauce!
