2 lbs. Hamburger
1 small Onion (diced small)
¾ C. Crushed Saltine Crackers

2 Cans Creme of Chicken Soup

2 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Hamburger with diced onion and cracker crumbs. Roll into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Place meatballs on a sprayed baking pan and bake for about 45 min at 375 or until done. Mix soup and milk together. Remove meatballs and place in a Casserole Dish or Roaster pan and cover with soup mixture. Bake for an additional half our to 45 min. until hot and bubbly.

I made this recipe at the Vet’s Club with Liver & Onions...some just came for the Meatballs!

Serve with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetable. You can also use the Meatball recipe for Spaghetti!
