1# sirloin, cut in strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, sliced thin
2 or 3 large tomatoes, cut in 1 in. cubes.
2 lg. green peppers , cut in 1 in. cubes
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in soy sauce and sugar for 1/2 hour. Heat oil in heavy skillet. Add ginger and garlic. Cook 2 or 3 min. Discard garlic. Add meat and liquid. Cook 5 min. Add tomatoes, peppers and cornstarch blended with water
. Cook gently 10 min. Serve with rice.
