1 (14 oz.) round of Brie
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans, toasted
1/3 c. Kahlua
1/4 c. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the top rind of Brie. Place on a microwave-safe serving platter. Heat the butter in a sauce pan until melted. Add the pecans and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the Kahlua & brown sugar. Spoon the pecan mixture over the brie, spreading to the edge. Microwave on high for 1 minute, turn the platter. Microwave on high for 45 seconds longer or until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
