1 split clove of garlic
1 cup dry white wine
1 pound Swiss cheese grated (can use 1/2 cheddar)
2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash nutmeg
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Rub fondue pot with garlic. Add wine, and heat until bubbles begin to rise, don’t boil. Toss cheese with cornstarch and add to hot wine, 2 handfuls at a time, cooking over low until melted and smooth. Stir constantly with wooden spoon. Add seasonings and salt to taste. Set on lit fondue pot burner.
