2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) chicken broth
10 pounds turkey breast
2 sticks butter or margarine
Lowry’s Seasoned Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt turkey with Lowry’s seasoned salt. Cut off bone and put in roaster. Add butter and broth. Cook down (4 hours or so). Stir and shred turkey meat. Should not be soupy. Remove any bones before serving.
