6 cups water
3 cups sugar
6 tsp. Cream of Tartar

83 Ritz crackers

4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups shortening
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Cinnamon / Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, sugar & Cream of Tartar to a boil. Keep boiling for 2 min. Add Ritz crackers. Boil 2 min. without stirring. Set aside to cool for 2 hours.

Mix flour, salt & baking powder in bowl. Cut in shortening. Mix milk & eggs together and combine with flour and shortening.

Divide dough in half. Roll out half the dough to fit 10x15 1/2 in. jelly roll pan. Put Ritz crackers on dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Roll out second half of dough and place on top. Bake at 400* for 25 to 30 min. Glaze with powdered sugar and water.
