1 lb ground beef
1 large onion diced
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
3/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1 cup whole kernel corn

CORN BREAD TOPPING:
3/4 cup self rising corn meal
1 tsp flour
1/2 cup butter milk
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Add soup, water, seasoning, corn and green peppers. Mis well and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Put in a 9 x13 casserole dish.

CORN BREAD TOPPING: Mix all ingredients togather and spread over meat mixture in casserole. Bake at 350º for 18 - 20 minutes
