Salad:
3/4 cup toasted almonds or pecans
1 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound spinach

Dressing:
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons minced onions
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sauté nuts in butter until lightly toasted. Cool, and then toss spinach, fruit, and nuts. 2. Whisk together sesame seeds, sugar, onions, paprika, poppy seeds, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil. Just before serving, toss the dressing with spinach mixture.
