Ingredients:  
1 lb chicken tenders or 4 breast cut up in strips
1/2 cup plain flour
pinch thyme
tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 - 3 Tbsp butter ( usually use more)
1/2 med. onion chopped
1/4 - 1 Cup of dry white wine
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
3/4 - 1 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, thyme, salt, and pepper. Roll Chicken tenders in flour mixture. Saute chicken in butter till lightly browned. Add onions - cook till tender but not browned. Add mushrooms and wine. Cover and cook gently until tender (about 30 minutes. Remove breast to warm dish. Stir cream to skillet mixture. cook a few minutes then add chicken tenders back to skillet. Serve over white rice & sprinkle with parsley.

I use an electric skillet to prepare this dish.
