1/2 cup margarine
6 large onions; sliced
10 cups of beef bouillon
French bread
Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions with margarine until golden brown. Add 10 cups of bouillon. I make my bouillon with the cubes & use 2 cubes to 1 cup water. Simmer for hour or more. Slice French bread, butter and toast in the oven at 250 degrees on cookie sheet. You will want to flip side of toast.

To serve pour soup into oven proof bowls. Put bread on top and slice of cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
