1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool-Whip

2 pkg. instant pudding your choice - Kyle likes chocolate, I like butterscotch or pistachio
3 cups milk

Remainder of large container Cool-Whip

Cut butter into flour, add nuts. Press on bottom of 9x13 pan. (dust fingers with flour to prevent sticking) Bake at 350* for 15 min. Allow to cool

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in 1 cup Cool-Whip. Carefully spread mixture over crust.

Prepare pudding using only 3 cups cold milk. Spoon prepared pudding over cheese layer. Allow to set in refrigerator 10 min. Spread remainder of large container Cool-Whip on top.
