little rounds of french bread or cocktail rye bread
1/2lb. soft butter
1c chopped, canned green chilies
1 clove garlic, crushed
1c mayonnaise
1/2lb. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese ( I like to mix both )

Toast bread on 1 side. Mix butter, chilies,garlic and spread on "Untoasted" side of bread. Top with mixture
of mayo, cheese (spread topping clear to edges) Broil until brown and puffy and serve at once.
