1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. oil
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pkg. linguine noodles
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Lightly saute butter, oil and garlic. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Cook and drain linguine according to package directions. Pour shrimp mixture over linguine and toss together. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
