4 lbs roast
1 cup ketchup
1 cup BBQ sauce
4 cup chopped celery
2 cup water
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp. chili powder
1 Tsp. garlic powder
1 Tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour over roast and cook in a roaster-style slow cooker at 350ºF for 4-5 hours. Just before serving, remove roast and shred with fork. Place the beef back into the sauce. Heat and serve on buns. YUM YUM!

Recipe doubles easy (use smaller roasts versus one large one for more tender results).

Will look like a lot of juice, but in the end it isn’t.
