1 lb Hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cans corn
2 cans hominy
2 cans red beans
2 cans Ro-tel
Sour cream
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Combine all ingredients (except sour cream and chips). Heat and serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
