2 boxes Jiffy yellow cornbread mix
1 can cream corn
1 can, 4 oz diced green chilies
2 eggs
1 cup grated cheese, * or Velveeta cheese, sliced to cover meat
1 1/2 Ibs ground beef
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
Put dry cornbread mix in bowl. add eggs, corn and green chilies and stir well. Brown meat with onion and garlic. drain fat. Put 1/2 cornbread mix into greased deep casserole dish. add hamburger and cheese, then top with remaining cornbread mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 minutes.
